Freaky Thursday

One day left after those annoying moment
I have to change my complaint into a report
Such an unimportant report actually
Although it's a BIG thing for me
But,
When the complaint is required in the form of report
Written report I mean
It will become so futile
Because,
Sometimes...... a script
will not representative the actual situation
But, procedure is a procedure, right?
